TOP PAY RATES: If you have ever done contract work with another agency, you may have been put in the uncomfortable position of having to haggle with a recruiter to get what you deserve. Simply stated, our employees are professionals and we treat them as such. Our rates are among the highest you will find anywhere and we start at the top of the pay scale, because we realize and appreciate the value of great employees!
MEDICAL INSURANCE: Medical insurance is available for some employees. Our office staff will help you determine the best option to meet your individual needs.
LICENSURE ASSISTANCE: Where do you want to work today? Every state has different requirements and we have the information you need to obtain licensure in another state as quickly as possible. We'll even reimburse you for the cost of your new license after you have completed 120 hours of work in that state.
WEEKLY PAY: No matter where you take an assignment, your pay will always come from our home office so there won't be any out-of-town banking hassles, mix-ups, or delays. Direct deposit is available for all employees - or you may wish to receive a paper check, which can be mailed to you or picked up in our office on Mondays.
ACCRUED VACATION DAYS: Another first for supplemental staffing agencies in our area! For every 400 hours worked, we will give you one shift of PAID VACATION TIME! That means if you are an employee in good standing with our company, you could receive up to 40 hours of paid vacation time every year...there's no limit, so more hours worked means more vacation time for you!
