A friend or relative suffering from cardiac arrest, has a greater chance of surviving, if the necessary First Aid is performed within 4 minutes.

Now is your chance to learn these all important tools, to become certified in CPR through the American Heart Association at Active Sports Complex.

Our next class will be held on Saturday, July 17th, 2010.  The class will begin at 9am and last until 12 noon.
